This size was introduced in 2010 from the many requests of fisherman who wanted a smaller profile for early season fishing.   Perfect choice for rippin the weed tops when their within a foot or two of the surface.  The lively side darting action and wobble gets the attention of predators lying in ambush looking for an easy meal.   Field tests have proven these smaller offerings are preferred by muskie and northern pike in the spring and early summer.   

6"Sand Cat

This size has proven to be one of our top sellers for early season muskie and pike fisherman year after year.  Lure has tremendous wobble on both the dive and rise.  Excellent choice when working weed beds and shallow structure in the 1-3' range.  Lexan lip in the nose protects the finish when pounding rocky bottoms and other structure.   Casts like a bullet and comes through the water with very little resistance.  Works great as a straight line crankbait too.

8" Sand Cat

Our most popular size in the Sand Cat series.  This lure has  it all with features that are unmatched by any other dive/rise jerkbait on the market.  Sleek aerodynamics allow for bullet casts no matter what the wind conditions are and when it hits the water its so easy to retrieve.  Short, downward jerks of the rod brings it too life with the most awesome body wobble on the dive and amazing body roll when allowed to rise.   Dives in the 2-4' range which is perfect for working open pockets in weedbeds and rocky shorlines.  Lexan lip insert in the nose  protects  finish when banging rocks and imparts a crankbait wobble.  Makes a great trolling bait also. 

  10" Sand Cat
   Weight: 4oz. Hooks: 5/0 VMC 

Large profile and added weight makes this lure an ideal presentation later in the season into fall when predator fish are looking for a meal and not a snack.  This lure dives deeper (3-5') and has a slower rise than the smaller sizes of the Sand Cat .  Performs best with long sweeping pulls when used as a jerkbait but also works great as a trolling lure with a nice crankbait wobble.  Extra heavy hardware, triple epoxy topcoat and lexan lip insert in nose gives lasting durability that will stand up for season after season of hard use.   It is no exaggeration to say the Sand Cat shatters all common knowledge of jerkbaits.
